Tim Crouch is a highly motivated and energetic arts and culture administrator, with over 15 years of experience in performing arts administration. From national organizations and Arts Service Organizations, to rural galleries and music groups, Tim has worked with a wide range of companies, all with the same goals of making a larger impact in their community. His clients have included Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra, Orchestras Canada, the Association for Opera in Canada, Mass Culture, Soundstreams, Maryland Film Festival, the JUNO Awards, the Toronto Bach Festival, Guild Festival Theatre, Niagara Symphony Orchestra, and the Kawartha Art Gallery.
His successes range from securing operating funding from arts councils and municipalities for arts groups, a proven track record of growing audiences to record levels, and successful rebrands. He is also a seasoned project manager, helping organizations build strong operational foundations. His work connects operations, marketing, and storytelling to turn potential into momentum — creating environments where growth is possible.
He holds a Masters in Flute Performance from the University of Toronto, and his favourite place to be is reading a good book on a dock.
